Terms of service
1. The service
Cloffedia is a web app that helps coffee shops import sales and calculate ingredient costs, profit and reports. All figures are calculated from the data you enter. It is a decision-support tool, not accounting or tax advice.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your password safe.
- One account is for one shop.
- If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and tell us right away.
3. Trial and fees
- New accounts get a free 14-day trial with every feature and no card required.
- After that the fee is 1190 baht per 30 days, paid by PromptPay transfer with the slip attached on the billing page.
- There is no automatic charge. Your subscription is extended only after you transfer and we confirm the payment.
- Fees for a period that has already started are not refunded, unless the service is unavailable for a long time because of our fault.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price.
4. When your plan ends
When the trial or a paid period ends, you can only open the billing page. Your shop data is kept in full and reopens as soon as you pay. For accounts that have been expired for more than 180 days we may delete the data, after emailing you at least 30 days in advance.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times and back up data daily, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. We will give notice before planned maintenance.
6. What you must not do
- Try to access other shops' data or attack the system.
- Use the service for anything illegal.
- Copy, resell or rent out the service without permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damage from using the service is limited to the fee you paid for the most recent period.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you in the app or by email. These terms are governed by Thai law.
